If your PC can turn on and connect to the Internet we can usually help you remotely via the Internet.

Once you grant us permission we can see your desktop and control it like we're there.

We can remove viruses, speed up your PC, and help with most other issues.

Step 2: If the program asks for a Specialists email address, enter:

Step 3: Give us a call at 937-315-0286 before starting the session.

Step 4: When we're done, we'll call to collect your credit card payment or give an address to send a check.
