RATES

Regular Rate:  $95 per hour

 

One-hour minimum per On-Site visit

Half-hour minimum for In-Shop Diagnostics

One-hour minimum for In-Shop Fixes

Half-hour min for In-Store Appts (Phones/Tablets)

One-hour min for In-Store Appts (Computers)

Half-hour minimum per Remote Support session

Discounted Rate: $75 per hour

 

For a lower rate, purchase a 4-hour block of time for $299.99—equivalent to about $75/hr.

 

Unused time never expires and can be used in future as needed. 

Use towards on-site, in-shop, in-store, or remote.

    • We come to your home, so you don’t have to unplug your computer and lug it around.

    • You have the tech all to yourself, with no distractions.

    • Easily explain what’s wrong, what you need help with, and ask as many questions as you want.

    • Get one-on-one assistance or training on the computer or device.

  • In-Shop Service:

    • Drop off your computers or devices for service to us at the store.

    • Computers and devices are usually ready in 2 - 3 weekdays.

  • In-Store Appoinment:

    • Bring your computers or devices to us for one-on-one help.

    • You have the tech all to yourself, with no distractions.

    • Easily explain what’s wrong, what you need help with, and ask as many questions as you want.

    • Get one-on-one assistance or training on the computer or device.

  • Remote Support:​

    • Give us a call and once you allow us to, we can connect to your computer, and then see and control it.​

    • We can help answer any lingering questions or concerns from any prior service.

    • We can help with new smaller issues where we don't have to be physically there.
